Mango pickle
I was wondering what should I prepare with so many mangoes.
I sliced the mangoes into small pieces and cooked it with little water, with 1 tbsp of salt and turmeric powder.

When it is done, I seasoned it by heating 1 tbsp oil in a kadai, add 1 tbsp mustard seed, some jeerakham, 1 - 2 green chillies, 1 pinch of chilly powder and lots of curry leaves. Sim the burner so that these seeds do not get charred.
