Cucumber pachadi

How to make cucumber pachadi:

Grate/shred cucumber using a sieve. Mix it with thick yoghurt and add a pinch of salt.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai, splutter 1 tbsp mustard seed, some jeerakham, 1 - 2 green chillies, and lots of curry leaves. Sprinkle with coriander leaves over it.
