Mango sweet pachadi





The last post I was rattling about the mangoes. There was whole bunch of mangoes left out still. Thought of making something sweet out of mangoes.

I sliced the mangoes into small pieces and cooked it with little water, with 1 tbsp of salt and turmeric powder.
When it is done, I mashed it thoroughly with a nice spatula till it became a uniform paste. Then added 1 tbsp of ghee and sugar to it and mixed it very well under the burner. Then added some cashenuts to it.
